Letter to Santa

We decided to write a letter to Santa for FHE this last Monday. Cahlin has been SO excited for Christmas and we have been too! So we couldn't hold out anymore! He sat down with Kevin and started writing. He wanted a choo choo train, and hulk snowboots. We asked if there was anything else he would like and he looked around. We had been doing laundry that day and he saw some clothes and said.. um clothes... so he asked Santa for clothes! :) He also asked that Santa bring Eyan a bottle and a Train of his own. He is such a cutie! I love him so much. He brings so much joy and laughter into our lives!

Harry Potter!!

Sorry for all the posts lately. I have been really addicted to blogging! So anyways, here is a Harry Potter trailier! It looks awesome! I can't wait for it to come out! I think I am going to need to re-read the book so I can know what is going on!

Cal's Birthday

Yesterday we got to go to Caloway's third Birthday! We had a great time! Cahlin loved seeing his cousins again. And seeing everything that Cal got for his birthday. Today we decided to mess around with our Camera when we got home from Church. So we took some very shabby pictures. Our camera is being very disappointing right now. So they are nothing great, but it was fun!

Thursday night we ventured over to Idaho Falls to go to the midnight Twilight premiere. It was a lot of fun and we enjoyed the movie very much. It actually was really good. They did a really great job with the movie. It was crazy to see people standing in line outside. It was such a cold night too! Kevin works for Z 103. They had bought out a whole entire theater and so we got in FREE! And we had great seats! If anyone is worried about the movie not being good don't worry. It's really great! It's not the greatest movie in the world but it was good.
In other news... Eyan has moved on up to a sippy cup!! We are just testing it out right now. You know just giving it to him with his food and letting him play with it. He's not a huge fan of water. It's pretty funny to see his face when he tastes it. We also cut his hair! It was getting a little bit longer in some places and it looked pretty funny. He looks like a cancer patient now. :( It's ok. I know it will grow!
By the way, we got a new memory card!! I had to have one before Thanksgiving! I wanted to take pictures of us at the movie but now the flash doesn't want to work on our camera!! :( So, the only pictures we got were of a black screen! But, I can still get pictures in the day light! Have a great day!

toga baby

This is how Eyan woke up this morning. Kevin must have wrapped him pretty tightly so he would sleep better! But, Eyan always gets out! He must have wanted out pretty badly! That takes some serious talent!

Ok so anyone that knows me KNOWS that I am a Twilight FREAK!!! I have read the books more times than I can count and I can tell you every single detail of every book! When I get together with most of my friends and a lot of my sister in-laws one of our favorite topics is Twilight. I have gotten so many people to read them. I consider it my duty to get people involved in the Twilight world! When I see my sister in-law Katy most of our conversations include Twilight and then we can't stop talking about it!
So, in honor of my Twilight addiction I changed my blog to all things Twilight! I am kinda worried about the movie. I don't want it to be to different from the book and I think that it is. I can't wait to see it though and I will be buying it I am sure and I am sure I will buy the soundtrack too! Like I said I am a Twihard and I can't help it I love all things Twilight!!! I know I am a retard but, I can't help it! I just love the books and Stephenie Meyer is seriously the best writer ever! These are the songs from Stephenie Meyer's playlist for the book and I loved them all! The first song is my favorite I think that it goes along with Bella and Edward so well! Enjoy!

Weird Kid

Cahlin has been making us laugh quite a lot lately. This weekend we had Heather's kid staying with us. (Piper and Levi) And the kids had a great time. They decided to start sliding down the stairs but the carpet would give them burns on their tummies so I let them put their feety pajamas on the boys were both putting their trucks inside their pj's and sliding down the stairs and then they would play at the end of the stairs. Then pack them back up inside and slide down again! I am proud at hos resourceful they were. :)
Also, Cahlin has been into having us treat him like a baby. He will sit in the stroller or whatever and cry, say da da da da or whatever he has heard Eyan do. The other night he said he was a sad baby and he needed a binki. So we gave him a binki. He wasn't too excited about having it in his mouth but it was pretty funny. It made me sad to see Cahlin in his stroller from when he was a baby. It's fun to see him grow but it is sad that it's so fast. I love my kids. They are always making me laugh!

FRUSTRATED

Ok, I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooo tired of looking at my Thanksgiving Blog! Hurry up and come already! I want to change to Christmas and snow! Not that I really want it to snow but I want the spirit of Christmas! I have decided that I won't push it to much, I will keep my fall blog until Thanksgiving BUT I need Christmas music. So you can find all your Christmas tune needs here! I found a new blog template website. it has pretty cute backgrounds you can see the site on my blog. But, they also have headers that match the background. BUT she doesn't tell you how to install it. So when you apply it to your header the text is clear at the top of the picture and it looks horrible! So if any of you know how to make the text go down please enlighten me!!! Also you can change your text to something better than what blogger allows! You can find the link on my page as well! Good luck! Anyways, I hope that everyone is well and getting excited for the Holidays, I know I am!!

Some Pictures!

So Kevin has taken a couple of pictures on his phone. They aren't the best but at least they are pictures!
The other night we decided to venture on over to the Famous little Ashton restaurant BIG JUDD'S!!! I have lived 50 miles from this attraction my whole entire life and I have NEVER eaten there! I know, I know I am not a true Idahoan ( I also don't like Potatoes but don't tell anyone) :) What is so great about Big Judd's you ask? They make hamburgers that are bigger that my sons head!! It is crazy! It's over a pound or something like that anyways it's flipping huge!! If you can eat it, the french fries and your drink you get your picture put up on the wall! They also have an ice cream wall it's called "The Hungry Hefer" :) it's 15 scoops of ice cream plus like 5 toppings!! This place screams Heart disease! But everyone loves it! :) We ordered one hamburger, I could only eat 1/4 Cahlin had like a 1/16 and Kevin ate the rest. ( oh yes, Kevin already has his picture on the wall)
We also have just 2 pictures of our new place. We are really excited and I FINALLY finished unpacking everything yesterday! Woohoo! The first time I saw the kitchen I thought it looked just like Jason and Katy's! It's great fun! Now I have the same kitchen as Katy! woohoo! :) Good thing I like her so much! Also just a little picture of the boys hanging out. They love each other so much! Eyan loves his big brother to death!

Personal Prayers

Tonight we decided that we should start letting Cahlin say personal prayers at night. He has gotten pretty good at say pretty much a whole entire prayer without any help. So we instructed him on how to get through the whole entire prayer and we let him lose... He began by Thanking Heavenly Father for Church and for Jesus Christ. Then he blessed that we can obey. This was all done with zero prompting from Kevin or I. We were so proud. I will admit Kevin and I exchanged a proud parent look during the prayer. :) He then proceeded to bless Caloway and bless that Caloway can play and bless that we can go to the park. But... at least his priorities were straight!! :) We just wanted to share with all of you the cute little testimony that our little Cahlin is getting. I can't wait to see what he will become.

Moving

Well, we have done it! We are finally a family of our very own again! We haven't had our own place that we were actually paying for since April. And we haven't lived in something that was just ours since July and we have spent about 2 months since July apart. So, needless to say we are VERY happy to finally be all together! We are in Pocatello and we are renting a townhouse right now. It is awesome! I still don't have a memory card for the camera so please wait just a little longer for me to get one! Kevin is close to work now so he can really start working hard and focusing on work. And I get to be with the kids everyday! We are very excited to be a family again. It really feels nice to have all of our things again. It feels like it used to.
Eyan also just got a jumper! He loves it! It is sooo funny to see him jump and Cahlin just loves to supervise. We usually have to tell him to not swing the jumper or tell him he can't get in as well! Eyan can also get up on his knees now! I have to admit after going through how crazy it is when they start crawling and walking, I am not encouraging it at all!! But I know he is ready to bust a move! Hope everyone is doing well!

Reflections of Christ

This is a video of pictures of Christ and his life. It is soo powerful. My life isn't exactly where it should be right now and now more than ever I need to look to the Savior. I know that the Atonement is real and that if we just go to him Christ can heal our wounds. I am grateful to Heavenly Father and his mercy. I can only pray that he will have mercy on me and that I can be wrapped in his loving arms someday.

Lost things...

I am always losing things. It makes me crazy. I can't find the binki, I can't find the socks, I can't find the fingernail clippers, I can't find my phone! It's the story or my life. Anyways, the newest lost item is my memory card for our camera! No one knows where it is! So, until I find it or until we suck it up and buy a new one I have no recent pictures! So here is what has been happening in our life for the past two weeks!
We have been spending the last couple of weekends together as a family and we have been having a great time! Kevin and I went to a Haunted Theatre and I almost died, I haven't watched a scary movie since " The Grudge".So, I was not used to this sort of thing at all. I was so scared that I almost started to cry. I wanted out sooo badly but they wouldn't let me out. Kevin and I actually sat in one spot for about 10 minutes while the freaky people tried to calm me down!( I know I'm am sad) :) Anyways, I still have a hard time being outside when it's dark. It will probably take me a year to get over this horrifying event.
We also were able to go to Kevin's cousins straw maze in Rexburg! We loved it! It took us 51 minutes to get through. We actually found the beginning again after about 25 and I wanted to be done because we were getting frustrated. But Kevin insisted that we finish so we went again. It was funny because Derek kept following us around and laughing that it was taking so long! But it was great we liked it more than a corn maze!
We have been able to spend time with our kids and focus on being a family again. We are looking forward to being a family again. We are looking into moving to Pocatello for Kevin's job within the next couple weeks.
Life is better, we still have our problems and we are trying so hard to remember what is most important. But, in the end we just have to remember what the Lord wants for us.
