Thanksgiving in Idaho

We were so excited for Thanksgiving to come! And we had a blast! It was so much fun to stay with my mom and her husband and spend time with Carmen and Eddy. Also, it was great to go to my Dad's house and see all of our family there!
We were lucky enough to have 2 Thanksgiving dinners! Cahlin decided to get sick the night before Thanksgiving so we almost couldn't go to any of the activities we had planned but no one seemed to care! Thanks guys! So we headed off to G&G Hughes! We helped get dinner ready and we got to talk and play with everyone! It was great! And dinner turned out great! I don't think I have ever had turkey that good at my dad's house!:)
Then we headed on over to my Aunt Sara's house. They served my families home made ribs. Kevin claims that they are the best in the world! I don't really like to eat them because of the fat. But they are really good! We had to cut out a little bit early because our kids were getting sick again! But we had a great day!
Saturday, Carmen, my mom, Liz, Trish and I all went to Twilight!! It was great! I liked it a lot more the second time that I watched it. It was so much fun to see it with a bunch of girls. I especially loved Trisha and Liz's reactions! After the movie was over we were out in the lobby and Santa Claus came up and put his arms around Trisha and Carmen. Carmen decided that was to close and walked away. But Trisha had a great conversation with him! I guess she is on the nice list this year!;)Sorry, Carmen I don't know what that means for you! Later that night we went back over to Aunt Sara's and I got to raid her library! Woohoo! I needed a good book to read. And we played Wacky Six all night. I thought Kevin's family was good at that game... holy cow I got it handed to me! I love my family and we had a great weekend!

Oh it sounds like you guys had such a good time. I wish I could have been there and went to the movies with all you girls. =( I was exhausted by 4 pm and just wanted to go to bed. I'm glad you all had such a good time.

Wow Brit, What awesome picture scrapbooks you put together. It is wonderful to be around family isn't it and so much of them too! I am really sorry to hear that the kids were sick. Where was Heather? Please tell her I love and Miss her too!

P.S. Thanks for your number! If you have Heather's I will take that too. :)

Holy cow, I just noticed that you were reading a Clair Poulson book. He's my Uncle! I didn't know that anyone knew him other than us. Do you like it? I've actually only read one of his. I'd be curious to hear your reaction! (and if you don't like it, you can still tell me. I won't pass it on to him!) How crazy is that?
I'm glad you had a happy thanksgiving!
